1) Choose a type of cuisine from a country other than your own 
Explain your choice of country and cuisine- why did you choose this one? 
2) Choose a recipe from this country that you like- and describe the flavours and ingredients for us
3) Choose a restaurant that serves this kind of food. Visit it today (Weds) or tomorrow 
Take pictures, bring back a (paper) copy of their menu, or find a pdf online 
4) Act as a restaurant or food critic and tell us whether or not you enjoyed the food, restaurant and atmosphere, and why.
